Quality Academy
In the Quality Academy you will find resources on determining how and why you should use certain Quality Methods for improving Quality.These methodologies include; Impact Care(AIDE), TeamSTEPPS, FMEA, Six Sigma/Lean, and The IHI Model for Improvement.

Internal and external customer service.
Data
Understanding and using available Data requires knowledge of a variety of tools and reports available. Excel and Access as well as Web Intelligence ( Business Objects ) and Crystal Reports provide the ability to manipulate and analyze data. Report2Web provides already available data analysis.
